Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and carrots; stir-fry for 5 mins.
2. Stir in dressing and hoisin sauce; stir-fry for 7 mins or until carrots are crisp-tender and meat is done.
3. Add onions; cook for 1 min.
Note: For browner meat, toss meat with 1 tsp cornstarch before stir-frying as directed.
