Homemade Pretzels

This is a recipe that I got from Nancy Stahl. She makes homemade pretzels with Alyssa every snow day. They are delicious! Yum!

Ingredients
- 1 package of yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water (110-115 degrees)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 1/2 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve the package of yeast in the warm water.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes and shape into pretzels.
Bake at 475 degrees for 9 minutes.
Sprinkle with coarse salt.
