Chicken Tettrazini

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 rounded cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken or Celery Soup
  • Spaghetti
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • Cheez It Crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken breasts, cool and cut into bite size pieces. Cook sphagetti in liquid used to cook chicken breasts. Cook the celery and onions in microwave in just enough water to cover, and until tender.

Make white sauce from flour, butter and milk. Add cheese, soups, drained celery and onion and warm until cheese melts. Mix spaghetti and chicken into sauce. Pour into pyrex baking dish. Cover with crushed Cheese Its Crackers. Bake at 350 until bubbly around edges and hot in center – about 30 minutes.
