Mustard -n- Maple Syrup Chicken Thighs

  • 1/2 cup of dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar.
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 pounds)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 450*
-Line baking dish with foil.
-Place chicken in baking dish.
-Season with salt and pepper.
-Mix together mustard, maple syrup and rice vinegar and pour over chicken.
- Flip chicken to coat.
-Bake chicken for 40 min until internal temperature reaches 165*
-Garnish with fresh thyme.
