  • 5 lb Potatoes (5.75 oz per person)
  • Salt
  • Half & Half
  • Butter 3-4 sticks
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt


Preparation time 40mins
Cooking time 50mins


Step 1

Boil potatoes in salt until tender to the fork. Drain. Mash. Add butter and half & half. Add more salt to taste and 1/4 tsp garlic salt. Stir until creamy.
