Pico de Gallo Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Kosher salt, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Toss all ingredients in a small bowl.

Cover salsa with plastic wrap and then let marinate at room temperature 10 to 20 minutes. Serve.
