Crock Pot Pork and Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. Pork Tenderloin or 4-6 Pork Chops
  • 2 (28 oz.) Cans Bush's Baked Beans
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
  • Mustard
  • Ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix baked beans (drained) with brown sugar in crock pot. Add mustard and ketchup to taste. Place cut up pork tenderloin on top of beans. You can also use boneless pork chops instead of pork tenderloin if desired. Place onion slices on top of pork and add a little more mustard and ketchup (to taste). Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours. Pork will be tender enough to cut with fork.
