• 10 # potatoes
• 3 # pork roast
• 3 # beef roast
• 1 # onions
• 3 oz. salt
• 2 Tbsp pepper
• 2 Tbsp garlic salt
• Beef Casings

Preparation

Grind potatoes, pork, beef, and onions. Mix in spices
Stuff in casings.
