Ingredients
- 2 c split pea dal
- 3 c water
- 5 potatoes chopped roughly
- ½ bag mini carrots
- ½ tsp haldi
- s& p to taste
- ½ onion
- some geera
- some tomato paste
- ginger and garlic
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a pressure cooker – sauté some geera , onion, haldi and tomato paste. Once the onion is cooked slightly add in the dal. Add in the potatoes and carrots.
2. Close the pressure cooker and cook till 3 whistles.
