  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

1. Rinse & dry basil.
2. Blend salt, honey, mustard, shallot & basil. Pulse for 1 - 2 seconds several times to combine.
3. Scrape sides of blender. Add vinegar & pulse again.
4. Turn blender to low & slowly add olive oil.
5. When blended, scrape sides & add mayonnaise.
6. Pulse again until mayonnaise is blended.
