Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup chunky blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3/4 cup your favorite wing sauce or hot sauce (we like Frank's)
  • tortilla chips, Triscuits, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices, pepper strips for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Melt cream cheese and dressing in a pot over low heat, or in the microwave.

Place that in a large casserole dish.

Add shredded Monterey Jack cheese, shredded cheddar, shredded chicken, and hot sauce.

Give a good stir.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes until its hot a bubbly.

Serve with crackers, chips or cut up veggies.
