Flax Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flaxseed flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp. almond butter
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together all ingredients in a bowl (minus butter) until well combined.
Pour desired amount into a greased, preheated skillet. Flip once.
Serve with butter, if desired.
