Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 1 Honey Maid Graham Pie Crust (6 oz)
- 2 pkg (4 serving size each) Jello-O Brand Gelatin, any flavor
Preparation
Step 1
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough ice cubes to cold water to measure 1 1/2 cups. Add to gelatin; stir until ice is completely melted. Remove 2 cups of the gelatin; place in small bowl and refrigerate 5 minutes or until gelatin is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Carefull spoon into crust and refrigerate 10 minutes. Meanwhile, ADD whipped topping to remaining gelatin; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture is thick and will mound. Carefully spoon over gelatin layer in crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 8 wedeges.
