Moist Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
• 1/2 c. cooking oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 c. sour cream
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 3 tsp. cinnamon
• 3/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in large bowl at medium speed for 10 minutes. Oil tube pan generously. Sprinkle part of topping mixture in bottom. Put 1/3 of batter into pan, sprinkle with part of topping; repeat, twice.
TOPPING: Mix together.
