- 7 - 9 Slices Caraway Rye Bread
- 1/2 Large Minced Granny Smith Apple
- 1 Cup (1/4#) Grated Extra-Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Tbl Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbl Honey
- 1 Tsp Djon Mustard
- 1/4 Tsp Caraway Seed
- Fresh Ground Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cut rye bread in rounds or squares (four to a slice) and toast. Combine the
rest of the ingredients and spread on the toast. Broil 2 minutes and serve.
