Ingredients

  • 2 5 Oz. Pkgs Rind removed & Cut Brie Cheese
  • or 1 Wheel into 2 inch squares
  • 2 Pkgs. Unbaked; Frozen Puff Pastry Shells
  • 4 Tbl Butter
  • 2 Tbl Olive Oil
  • 1 Ea. Minced Green Onion
  • 1/2 Lb. Minced; Fresh Mushrooms
  • 1/4 Cup Dry White Wine
  • 2 Ea. Small Minced Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbl Minced; Fresh Parsley
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Pepper
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Bake pastry shells according to package and set aside. In a saute pan over
high heat, melt butter with oil. Add onions, mushrooms, garlic and wine.
Cook until soft and wine has evaporated. Add parsley and cook for 1-2
minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste and set aside. Using a fork, remove
tops from the shells and the soft pastry underneath. Hint; use tops for
garnish. Fill pastry shells equally with mushroom mixture and top with
Brie.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
