Ingredients
- 2 large pkgs. black cherry jello
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 small Cool Whip
- 1 large can pitted black cherries
- coconut
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sweet red wine
- 1 cup juice from cherries
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello with water, wine, and juice. Let set. Beat in large Cool Whip, and cherries, reserving a few for the top. Put in Pammed mold.
Let set. Invert on platter, ice with small Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Arrange some cherries on the top.
