Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup of Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Tsp of Vanilla
  • 2 1/4 Cup of Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp of Salt
  • 3/4 Cup of Finely Chopped Nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla thoroughly. Sift flour. Mix flour and salt. Blend into butter mixture. Mix in nuts. Chill dough. Heat oven to 400. Roll dough into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookie pan. Bake 10-12 min. until set, not brown. While warm, roll in powdered sugar. Cool, you may want to roll again in sugar.
