  • 9 slices white bread
  • 1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. bacon fried
  • 8 eggs
  • 3 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 t. salt

Step 1

Trim crust butter bread on 1 side cut into bite size pieces and layer in 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over bread, then bacon. Mix eggs well in lg. bowl add milk and salt. Pour over entire mixture and refrig, At least 3 hrs or over nite. Bake 350 35-45 min. May add onions, peppers, mushrooms.
