Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 3/4 c sugar
- 2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 c Cool Whip (measure out)
- Graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate over low heat and let cool.
Cream together butter and sugar. Stir in cooled chocolate. Add eggs, one at a time, beating on high 5 minutes after each egg is added.
Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm (about 2 hours).
