Citrus Mustard Sauce

You don't find a Bahama Breeze restaurant on every corner, or even in most towns. During a vacatiuon, last year, we wondered upon one. I absolutely fell in love with this sweet and tangy sauce and was heart broken to find that you could not purchase it to go. To my surprise when doing basic research, I found that many of our favorite recipes from the restaurant were available on their website.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Orange Marmalade
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Horseradish, Prepared
  • 1/2 cup Creole Mustard
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 tsp Creole Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Water, cold tap

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a kitchen blender and puree until smooth. Refrigerate and serve cold. Enjoy!!
