Peppered Lemon Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 ounces uncooked dried spaghetti or linguine, broken in half
- 1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Unsalted Butter
- 1 pound chicken stir-fry meat
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 3/4 cup sliced green onions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Keep warm.

Melt butter in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add chicken. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, 6-8 minutes or until chicken is golden brown. Stir in lemon juice, salt and ground red pepper. Add cooked spaghetti to chicken mixture; toss to coat. Continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in green onions.
