Tomato Basil Pasta

Ingredients
- 12 oz. linguine
- 1 15. oz can diced tomatoes w/ liquid (zesty pepper flavor)
- 1 large sweet onion, cut into thin strips
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. dried oregano flakes
- 2 large sprigs basil, chopped
- 4 1/2 c. veggie broth (2 c. veg. soup, 2 cans water)
- 2 tbs. olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Place pasta, tomatoes, onions, garlic, and basil in a large pot. Pour in vegetable soup and water.
2. Sprinkle on top pepper flakes and oregano. Drizzle top w/ oil.
3. Cover pot and boil. Continue to simmer until almost all liquid has evaporated. Stir often.
4. Serve with salt, pepper, and parmesan.
