- Green peppers
- 2 eggs
- water (little)
- Vegetables of choice

Step 1
I usually beat up two eggs with a little water as that is all that usually fits, and then my other ingredients and bake for about 40 minutes give or take at about 375. It works best to put in a cake pan or square pan and lean up against the side of the pan as the bottom of the green pepper is usually uneven . About halfway through I stir the middle up just slightly so it will cook a little more evenly.
