  • 4 medium potatoes (sliced 1/4 inch thick)
  • 1 pound chicken (cut into strips)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crumbled

Step 1

Microwave potatoes for 8 to 10 minutes until tender. In skillet toss and brown the chicken with garlic in oil over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes and rosemary, saute and toss until potatoes are lightly brown. Season with salt and pepper.
