Ingredients
- Dissolve & Cool:
- 9 x13 Crust: (2/3 for crust / save 1/3 for top)
- 2 pkg. Graham Crackers, crushed
- 1 1/4 Cubes Butter, melted
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Cherry Jello
- 1 C. Boiling Water
- Cream & Add to jello:
- 1 (8oz.) Cream Cheese
- 1 t. Vanilla
- 3 T. Lemon Juice
- Whip separately & add to jello mixture:
- 1 can Cold Evaporated Milk
- Pour over crust and sprinkle with 1/3 crumbs on top, then Chill.
