Ingredients

  • Dissolve & Cool:
  • 9 x13 Crust: (2/3 for crust / save 1/3 for top)
  • 2 pkg. Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/4 Cubes Butter, melted
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Cherry Jello
  • 1 C. Boiling Water
  • Cream & Add to jello:
  • 1 (8oz.) Cream Cheese
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 3 T. Lemon Juice
  • Whip separately & add to jello mixture:
  • 1 can Cold Evaporated Milk
  • Pour over crust and sprinkle with 1/3 crumbs on top, then Chill.
