Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. frozen California Blend vegetables
- 2 c. Velveeta cheese, melted
- Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Cook vegetables from instructions on packages. Drain and place in casserole dish. Put 2 cups melted cheese on top and cover generously with Ritz crackers crumbs. Put into a 350 degrees oven just long enough to heat through and starts to bubble.
This cooks down some, that's why I always make a double recipe.
