Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 3 cups bisquick
  • 1 (10 oz.) package cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Soften sausage to room temperature. Break up in small pieces. Add bisquick and cheese. With hands, work until blended. Form into balls. Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes in center of oven. Watch to keep from burning on bottom. May be frozen. Makes about 150 balls.
