Ranch Potato Mash

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried chives
  • 1 package (22 ounces) frozen mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup ranch-style salad dressing
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In 3 to 4 quart saucepan, heat milk and chives to boiling over high heat. Reduce heat to medium. Add potatoes, dressing and pepper, and cook, uncovered, 5 minutes or until potatoes thicken and are heated through.
