Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1-10 oz pkg frozen broccoli
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheese cubed
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup fat free half and half
Preparation
Step 1
Cook broccoli in the 1 cup water but do not drain. Put milk, cheese, flour, in blender. Add mixture and bouillon cubes to broccoli. Add half and half. Cook and stir frequently over medium heat until hot and thickened.
