Ingredients
- 4 TBS butter
- 2 TBS flour
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tsp minced onion
- 1 TBS fresh lemon juice
- 6 oz crabmeat, backfin recommended
- 1 cup cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a saucepan over medium heat melt the butter, add Old Bay, minced onion, lemon juice, and stir thoroughly.
2. Add the flour, stirring constantly, and then add cream, continuing to stir.
3. Add the crabmeat and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Do not allow the soup to boil.
Serve garnished with a dash of Old Bay and parsley flakes.
Makes 4 servings. Each serving = 19 Weight Watchers points.
