Ingredients
- Yield: about 1-1/4 cup
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 1 T. ketchup
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. dried Mexican oregano
- 1/2 tsp. ground chipotle
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender or a glass jar, combine all ingredients except the oil. Blend on low for 20 seconds. With blender on low, slowly pour oil through the hole in the blender lid. Use immediately or chill for an hour or two to let the flavors blend. Serve with your favorite Mexican salad, as a dip for veggies, or with tacos.
