Ingredients
- 2-12 oz bags wide fluffy extra wide egg noodles (cooked)
- 3 lbs part skim ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 lbs (24oz) shredded mozzarella cheese (put some aside for top layer)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (or locatelli)
- parsley, salt and pepper
- spaghetti sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Mix everything together except sauce and noodles. Then add noodles to the mixture. Layer pan with sauce, then egg noodle mixture, then sauce, etc. Have last layer be sauce topped with left over mozzarella.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 min. First 15 min. covered and last 15 min. uncovered.
