Ingredients
- 10-12 yams (boil then skin peels right off) OR 1 large can and 1 small can of yams
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk
- Linda uses 10-12 / i use to use 7-8
- another option is to measure: 5 cups cooked sweet potatoes, mashed (about 5-6 medium sweet potatoes)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine in 2 qt. Casserole dish and top with following:
Topping:
½ cup brown packed sugar
¼ cup flour
2 tsp. Melted butter
½ cup chopped pecans
350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
