Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes, sliced
- 8 ounces mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup minced fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
On a large serving platter, alternate tomatoes and mozzarella slices. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, salt, pepper; shake well. Drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle with basil.
