Deviled Eggs (Kim's)

Ingredients

  • Hardboiled eggs
  • Mayo
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dry mustard (maybe 2 tsp. to very 4 yolks?)
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Onion (maybe about 1 tablespoon minced onion for every 4 egg yolks)
  • Sugar
  • Parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Mash yolks with fork. Add mayo (3 to 3 ½ tablespoons mayo to every 4 yolks). Season. Fill reserved egg-white halves with each filling.
Optional: paprika on top for décor.
