medium tart apples, peeled and sliced
tablespoons all purpose flour
tablespoon ground cinnamon
tablespoons cold butter
1. Place apples in 2 greased 10 ounce custard cups; sprinkle with water. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar and cinnamon, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake uncoverd at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes, or until tender. Serve warm.
