Ingredients
- 1 large grapefruit, halved crosswise
- 2 Tb. regular oats, uncooked
- 1 Tb. dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. margarine, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Remove seeds, and loosen sections of grapefruit halves with a serrated knife. Combine oats and remaining ingredients in a bowl, stirring well; sprinkle evenly over grapefruit halves. Place grapefruit halves on a baking sheet. Broil 5 1/2" from heat for 3 minutes or until sugar melts.
