Ingredients
- 4-3 " long strips of orange peel
- Juice of 2 oranges, strained
- 2 qt cranberry juice
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 2-2 " long pieces of peeled ginger
- sugar to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Using a vegetable peeler or sharp knife, cut the orange peel. Add all ingredients to a medium pot. Cook on medium-high heat until simmering, and reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes. Add sugar to taste.
