- 4 cube steaks
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 can campbell's golden mushroom soup
- 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
- salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Step 1
Season cube steaks with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Brown both sides of steak, set aside. Saute onion and mushrooms,(season to taste) add golden mushroom soup and diced tomatoes with juice. Simmer for 2-3 hours on low heat or in crock pot.
