Ingredients

  • 1

    lb pasta

  • 3

    tbsp plive oil

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • ¼

    tsp red pepper flakes

  • 28

    oz can crushed tomatoes

  • ½

    C whipping cream

  • 2

    tbsp vodka

  • parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta. In skillet, heat oil, garlic and red pepper. Add crushed tomatoes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in cream and vodka. Cook 2 minutes. Pour over pasta and top with cheese.
