Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen puff pastry dough, thawed
- 1 (12 oz.) jar stawberry preserves or jam
- 8 oz. Brie cheese, trimmed of rind and softened
- 2 Tb. cooking sherry
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a lightly floured surface, use a 1 1/2" biscuit cutter to cut out rounds from each pastry sheet. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Carefully slice tops off puffs. Spoon about 1/2 tsp. preserves onto bottom half of each puff. In a large bowl, combine cheese and sherry until well blended. Spoon about 1/2 tsp. cheese mixture over preserves. Replace tops.
