Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 cup margarine melted
  • 1 cup butterscotch or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup butterscotch or chocolate sundae sauce
  • 8 cups softened ice cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Stir in melted butter and mix well
Spread evenly on large baking sheet with sides
Bake at 400 stirring occasionaly for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Crumble while still warm then cool,
Press half of oat mixture into 13x9 pan. Stir butterscoth or chocolate chips into oat remaining mixture. Drizzle half of sauce over crumbs in pan. Spread with softened ice cream. Drizzle remaining sauce over ice cream. Cover with remaining crumbs Cover and freeze Cut in pieces when needed.
