Chiffon Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together flour and butter. Add the egg yolks, lemon juice and milk. Fold in the stiff egg whites.

Pour into greased baking dish. Place in pan of hot water and bakd at 350 deg. for 45 minutes.
