Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb
- 11/2 cups sugar
- 5 Tbsp cornstarch
Preparation
Step 1
Mix rhubarb,sugar and cornstarch.
Place in pie crust. Bake at 400* for 20 mins. until pie starts to bubble.Turn heat down to 350* and lower temperature as one bakes to 300* for 30-40 mins.
