large tomatoes chopped
tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
cup shredded mozzarella
package Knorr Rice Sides-Creamy chicken
1. Heat and Cook Heat oil in skillet and cook chicken thoroughly, 4 minutes, adding garlic during last 30 seconds. Remove from skillets; set aside. 2. Prepare Knorr Empty package contents into same skillet and preparae rice according to package directions. 3. Stir and Sprinkle Stir in cooked chicken, garlic and tomatoes. Sprinkle with mozzarella and basil. Tip: Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, if desired.
