Slow Cooker Chicken and Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups uncooked instant rice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicke breasts or chicken breast tenders
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup diced celery

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup, rice, and water in slow cooker. Add chicken, sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Sprinkle celery over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH 3-4 hours.
