Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 teaspon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 15 oz. Marinara Sauce
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1 cup water

Step 1

In a large bowl mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan Cheese, egg, spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and oregano. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce, 1/3 lasagna noodles, & 1/2 cheese mixture. Repeat layers, ending with noodles and sauce. Top with remaining mozarella cheese. Pour water around edges. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350* for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until bubbly. Remove foil during the last 10 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
