Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 c milk
- 1 c grated cheese
- pinch salt and pepper
- pinch cayenne
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
melt butter and flour and cook 1 minute to make a roux
slowly add milk and cook until thickened
take off stove and melt cheese into mixture
stir in spices and serve
