Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb sea scallops
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Tarragon Leaves
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Thread scallops onto skewers. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Brush over both sides of scallops.
2. Broil or grill over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until scallops are opaque, brushing occasionally with remaining wine mixture.
